There’s no shortage of people telling girls they belong in tech. Talks, panels, posters all point at the same idea, but none of it changes the outcome.
We think belonging means the job, not the shortlist. That’s the standard we’re building towards.
Here’s the actual problem: being curious about technology, being qualified for it, and being selected for it
are three separate things. Most programmes only address the first one. They leave you to work out the other two on your own.
That’s the gap The Node Foundation exists to close.
Girls who show up and build
deserve a node in the network, not another talk or panel handed to them.
If that’s you, we want to hear from you.
